Once submitted, you'll gain access to your personal Client Portal where you can securely connect your social media profiles—no passwords required. Within five business days, your first batch of tailored posts will be ready for review.

What type of content will I receive?We craft a mix of engaging, on‑brand posts, ranging from product highlights and industry news to testimonials and inspirational quotes. Every piece is designed to captivate your audience and is created by experts who research your business thoroughly.

Can I review and adjust the posts before they go live?Absolutely. Your Client Portal lets you preview all scheduled posts, make edits, request revisions, or even suggest new ideas. We update your content every 14 days, so you only need to log in once a fortnight to ensure everything is perfect.

Do I have to share my social media login details?No. You simply connect your social profiles through our secure Content Scheduler—no sensitive information or passwords are ever shared.

Who creates my posts?You’re assigned a dedicated content creator who specialises in your industry. They research your business and craft every post to maintain consistency and quality month after month.

How do you decide what to post?When you sign up, your intake form helps us understand your brand, target audience, and content goals. Our team uses that information along with ongoing market insights to develop high-quality posts that resonate with your audience.

Can I post on my own too?Yes, your Client Portal not only displays our scheduled content but also allows you to publish your own posts across all connected social media platforms.

What if I have special promotions or content requests?You can easily share specific ideas, promotional events, or any custom requests through your Client Portal. For best results, we ask that you provide at least 10 days’ notice so we have plenty of time to craft and schedule your posts.

How often will I need to review my content?We generate and schedule your posts every 14 days. You’ll receive an email alert when new content is ready, along with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice before any post is published, giving you ample time to review and adjust if needed.

What if I need revisions?We offer unlimited revisions. Just request changes via your portal—please allow us at least 48 hours to implement any adjustments so we can deliver content that truly fits your vision.

Is there a long-term commitment?Not at all. Our service is completely flexible—there’s no binding contract. You agree to our Terms of Service at signup, and you can cancel or adjust your subscription with 14 days’ notice before renewal.
